Managed Postgres — fr-par-1

Managed PostgreSQL, operated in France.

Copy-on-write branches, automatic suspend, end-to-end encryption. Neon data plane, Scaleway infrastructure, team and support in Paris.

No credit card — PostgreSQL 17.4 — pgvector, PostGIS, TimescaleDB

§ 01 — BRANCHES

A branch does not duplicate your data.

A copy-on-write fork points to the same storage and only writes the modified pages. So you can branch production on every pull request, run the migration for real, then delete the branch.

§ 02 — RESIDENCY

Location, layer by layer.

"Hosted in France" is not proof. Every project exposes the location of each of its layers and the matching attestation, queryable via the API and exportable for an audit. Here is the response for a production project.
